The Tayyibat Diet

The Tayyibat Diet

Dr. El-Awady names his approach the “Tayyibat Diet,” stating that he believes some commonly consumed foods, such as vegetables, should not be eaten at all, considering them unsuitable for human consumption. According to his experience, he has applied this system to cases of patients with kidney failure who were undergoing dialysis three times a week, and he observed noticeable improvements; the number of dialysis sessions decreased to once or twice per week, and their overall health condition improved. The system can be summarized as follows:

●      A system developed by Dr. El-Awady for eliminating diseases.

●      It is a therapeutic and preventive system that can be applied from the age of 3 months up to 80 years.

●      The system is based on the idea of restricting certain commonly consumed foods while allowing specific other items.
